  • What are your freight charges?

  • In Auckland city, we will charge $6.95+GST per order(up to 10KGs).
    In North Island, we will charge $10.88+GST per order(up to 5KGs).
    In South Island, we will charge for $14.95+GST per order(up to 5KGs).
    If you require for saturday delivery, we will charge $7+GST more per order(up to 5KGs).
    Note:
    1. If your address is "Rural Delivery" (RD), please add $7+GST dollars(Up to 5KG) to your total amount.
    2. For some oversize items bulk freight will be charged.
  • Can you deliver to PO box?

  • Yes we can.We will send it by Courier Post. This is part of Courier Post competitive advantage and they are naturally unwilling to give it up by allowing other courier companies to deliver to PO boxes.
  • Who pay for the shipping charge on return items?

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We are responsible for another way shipping charges on faulty returned items only.
  • Does PC Online Shop accept returns, give refunds or provide exchanges?

  • Yes, but it depends on the reason for the return and how long you've had the item.
    We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
    If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
    Any unused unopened items can be returned for credit/refund if it is returned within 7 days of delivery, and the packaging is undamaged. If a return is negotiated, then there is a handling fee worth 20% of the goods value. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.
    No monetary refunds will be given, only a credit. Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
    Credit Notes are not redeemable for cash and can only be used to purchase products from the www.pconlineshop.co.nz website.
    Please request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number when you are going to return your items. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. ***IMPORTANT*** Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories.
    Please send the returns by track pack, we do not respond loss during the post. Please email your Return Request to: rma@pconlineshop.co.nz.
  • Can i buy OEM Software?

  • OEM SOFTWARE has to be purchase with any hardware at the same order.(Microsoft Ltd)
    OEM Product only has 30 days warranty
  • What if the item has been opened or used?

  • If a non-faulty item is returned, together with the original retail packaging within 7 days of delivery, we will charge $15 or 20% whichever is greater as a restocking fee .
    After 7 days and up to 30 days after delivery, we will charge $30 or 35% whichever is greater as a restocking fee.
    After 30 days we will not accept returns for non-faulty items.
    Due to copyright regulations, software cannot be returned for a credit if opened.

  • The item is faulty. Can I just get a refund?

  • Please note that an item is not considered to be faulty simply because it is incompatible with your other equipment.
    If the fault is reported within the 7 day period, yes you can have a refund (or a credit if you prefer). If it is outside that period, then the item will be replaced or repaired.

  • Warranty Limitations & Warranty Conditions

  • 1. Warranty is void when customers or have allowed a unauthorized third party to install, add, expand, modify, repair or remove parts or
    components and resulting in damage(s).
    2. Warranty is void when damage is caused by physics, electrical, static or magnetic field interference resulting in instability.
    3. Warranty is void when products are damaged or lost during the course of delivery from the customer.
